One of my favourite ways to illustrate is to draw on top of existing photos, creating scenes where stylized, vector subjects interact with the real world surroundings (I believe this stems from watching Who Framed Roger Rabbit too much as a child!)
For this piece I collaborated with local photographer, Rudy Bustamante. I love his candid style, he captures life as it happens. For this piece I saw an opportunity to add a surreal narrative into what would otherwise be such a serene landscape shot.
