This is a 3 layer lino print created in January 2021, and was inspired by the nuthatches in my local woodland, spotted during our many lockdown walks.
I love how the colours really pop in this print, and although a little brighter than the natural colours of the bird, I think it does capture the flash of colour you often see when a nuthatch is moving up and down the trunk of a tree.
